Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until combined. Fold in crushed graham crackers.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to portion out dough onto prepared sheets. Flatten each ball gently to about ¾ inch thick.
