- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 strips of bacon
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup chopped lettuce
- ¼ cup diced tomato
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 large flour tortilla
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Crumble bacon and combine ranch seasoning with water. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in another bowl.
- Spread mayo-sour cream mixture on the tortilla. Layer with chicken strips, cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides (about 6 minutes total).
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
