Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced tomato
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Crumble bacon and combine ranch seasoning with water. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in another bowl.
  4. Spread mayo-sour cream mixture on the tortilla. Layer with chicken strips, cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides (about 6 minutes total).
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.
