- ½ cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
