- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Diced green chilies
- Ground cumin
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft. Stir in shredded chicken, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Gradually add chicken broth while whisking continuously until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and green chilies.
- Spread some sauce in a baking dish. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
