- Stir in onions, carrots, celery, sundried tomatoes, and garlic; cook until translucent (3-4 minutes).

- Gradually whisk in chicken broth while stirring continuously.
- Bring to a boil; add pasta along with additional seasoning. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Stir in cream, spinach, and Parmesan cheese; simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed before serving hot.
