- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess grease.
- Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese gradually until melted; mix in cooked rigatoni and toss to coat.
