- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms under running water and slice evenly.
