  • ¾ cup bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup ketchup (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, diced onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
