- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently combine wet and dry mixtures until just blended; some lumps are okay.
