Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup sugar (for topping)
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough onto wax paper and press seams together. Place in the pan over the cinnamon layer.
- Spread cream cheese filling evenly over the dough base.
- Repeat with the second can of dough, placing it over the cream cheese filling. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
