  • 1 large egg

  • Red food coloring
  • 1 box (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 boxes (3.3 ounces) instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (melted)
  • Green food coloring
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • ¼ cup Andes Peppermint Crunch or crushed peppermints
  • ¼ cup mint chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the sugar cookie mix instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix with softened butter, flour, and egg until well blended.
  3. Add red food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
  4. Stir in â…“ cup Andes Peppermint Crunch or crushed peppermints.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake according to package instructions until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  7. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  10. Spread this layer over the cooled cookie base.
  11. In a large bowl, whisk together instant white chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  12. Add melted white chocolate chips and green food coloring; mix well.
  13. Pour this layer over the cream layer in the baking pan.
  14. Top with Cool Whip evenly across the pudding layer.
  15. Sprinkle remaining Andes Peppermint Crunch and mint chips on top for decoration.
  16. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
