  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your muffin tin by greasing it lightly or lining it with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin spice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
  4. Spoon melted chocolate into each muffin cup to cover the bottom, then add one tablespoon of pumpkin filling on top. Pour more melted chocolate over the filling until completely covered.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about two hours until set.
