  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup thinly-sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, roughly chopped (optional)
  • Asian salad dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Slivered almonds
  • Crispy wonton strips for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and half of the Asian dressing. Toss well and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Add the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl. Toss until evenly mixed.
