  • ½ cup cashews
  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 23 spicy chili peppers (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken with yogurt and marinate with blended spices and cashews for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan; sauté chopped onions and chili peppers until softened.
  3. Add marinated chicken along with marinade and chicken stock; cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream or coconut milk; simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with rice or naan.
