- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate diced chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper for 10–15 minutes.
- Mix remaining sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and stir-fry marinated chicken until fully cooked (4–5 mins). Remove from skillet.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 2 mins).
- Add cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry until tender yet crisp (5–6 mins).
- Return chicken to the skillet and pour in the prepared sauce; cook for another 2–3 mins until thickened slightly.
