Ingredients
- 10 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, seasonings, and mix well.
- Spread the chicken mixture over each noodle, top with Alfredo sauce, and roll up tightly.
- Place rolls seam-side down in a greased casserole dish, pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly.
