  • 8 oz bacon (chopped, divided)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Mexican cheese (shredded)
  • 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese (shredded and divided)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped and divided)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped and divided)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Ranch seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy; set aside some for topping.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, most of the bacon, cheeses, green onions, walnuts, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Prepare the topping by mixing the reserved bacon with additional cheese and walnuts.
  4. Form the cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in the topping mixture for an even coat.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
