  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for chili oil)
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Chopped fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
