  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 oz. tub of cool whip
  • 1/4 cup cream soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and sugar gradually while mixing.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time; mix in vanilla extract and butter flavoring.
  5. Fold in butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and chips until well combined.
  6. Pour mixture over crust and bake for about 60 minutes.
  7. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  8. Top with cool whip and drizzle with more butterscotch sauce before serving.
