Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine finely diced rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about ⅓ cup of the filling in the center. Wet the edges with water.
- Fold up the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in both side corners toward the center. Roll tightly from bottom to top to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place egg rolls in the basket without overcrowding and lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
