  • 1 large cauliflower (about 2 pounds)
  • Buffalo sauce for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sea salt. Gradually add water until smooth.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to the batter and stir until coated.
  4. Arrange florets on baking sheets in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip each floret and bake for another 10 minutes; then brush with buffalo sauce.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
