  • 1/2 cup peach nectar or juice
  • 1 pound fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • For the icing: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 1/2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
