Ingredients
- 12 strips thick-cut bacon
- 1 lb. farfalle pasta
- 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
- Optional: avocado, cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning in a large cup; refrigerate.
- Cook the farfalle pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool with olive oil.
- Fry chopped bacon in a skillet over low heat until crispy; let cool before chopping.
