Description

Big Mac Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic fast-food favorite, bringing all the iconic flavors into bite-sized portions. Perfect for parties, game days, or family dinners, these easy-to-make sliders are sure to impress your guests and satisfy cravings.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or similar)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 9 slices American cheese
  • 2430 dill pickle slices
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients until well combined.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onions until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the bottom halves of slider buns in the baking dish and spread sauce on each bun.
  5. Top with the beef mixture, cheese slices, and pickles.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 10 minutes until cheese melts. Optionally add lettuce and more sauce before placing on top buns.
