  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • ~30 ladyfingers
  • 1 1/2 cups strong black coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into egg mixture.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger in coffee quickly, then layer half at the bottom of a baking dish.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
