Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; whisk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; add chocolate chips.
