  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; whisk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; add chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet (about 5 cookies per batch) and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  6. If desired, top with additional chocolate chips and flaky sea salt immediately after baking.
