Instructions

  3. Wrap brisket in butcher's paper with apple cider vinegar and beef tallow; raise smoker temperature to 250°F (121°C) until it reaches 204°F (96°C).
  4. Let the brisket rest in a cooler for 2-3 hours.
  5. Sauté diced onions in avocado oil until caramelized.
