- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime juice

- Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes. In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Choose your cooking method: For pan-searing: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. For baking: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), arrange the seasoned salmon on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 10–12 minutes. For air frying: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and air fry the salmon cubes for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the Bang Bang sauce until smooth.
- Once cooked, toss or drizzle the salmon bites with the Bang Bang sauce before serving warm.
