  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least one hour.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Coat marinated chicken in flour and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry chicken pieces in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
