- 3 ripe bananas

- 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with buttermilk and fold in mashed bananas until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For frosting, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
