- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup raspberry purée (strained)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
