Instructions

  2. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Mix the bread cubes into the custard mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Fill each muffin cup with the mixture, nearly to the top.
