Ingredients
- 1 rack baby back pork ribs (about 2 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup bourbon (optional)
- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 minced garlic clove)
- 3/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (149°C) and prepare a baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Combine rub ingredients in a bowl and apply generously to both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for about 2 hours until tender.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by simmering bourbon (if using), ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, spices, and peaches until thickened.
