- 2 cups digestive cookies or graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 3 cups fresh apple cider
- 3 bricks cream cheese
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Prepare the apple cider reduction by boiling cider with mulling spices until thickened, about 1 hour. Cool and set aside.
