- 1 ounce package blue gelatin (such as JELL-O Berry Blue)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup warm water (divided into two 1/2 cups)
- 4-inch lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Prepare an 8.5 x 11 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the red gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water and microwave for 1.5 minutes until dissolved. Stir in 1.5 cups mini marshmallows, microwave again for about a minute, then whisk until fully melted. Cool slightly before pouring into the dish.
