Instructions
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender. Drain and process in a food processor until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower mixture with minced garlic, salt, and flour. Mix well.
- Scoop about 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls. Adjust flour if the mixture is too wet.
- Heat neutral oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
