Ingredients

  • 650 g cauliflower florets (from 2 medium heads)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or other flour)

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender. Drain and process in a food processor until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower mixture with minced garlic, salt, and flour. Mix well.
  3. Scoop about 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls. Adjust flour if the mixture is too wet.
  4. Heat neutral oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
